Aspirus Health will discuss how they’ve revitalized their new hire onboarding to meet the learner where they are in the learning process, offering multiple learning modes to teach workflows and courses cascaded over time.

The revitalization process connected Aspirus’ operations, leaders, Clinical Informatics and Epic training team through Curriculum Review Boards. The boards reviewed all content deliverables and helped to shape and improve new hire Epic education. To create courses and content with adult learning styles in mind Aspirus leveraged uPerform for all its new hire courses. Using uPerform also allowed Aspirus to share content with the rest of the board members as it was created, gather feedback, and make updates easily. Aspirus will share the lessons learned throughout the process and the impact it has had on their organization.
