Nominations are now being accepted for open positions on the HIMSS North America Nominating Committee. If you wish to be considered for one of the open positions, please complete the online application and submit your CV (five page limit) and two letters of reference to Denise Ambrose by 5 pm ET, August 8.

January 1, 2020 – December 31, 2021
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must be Regular or Life members or the senior executive representative of a Corporate / Non-Profit Partner member firm. Candidates must have achieved Senior or Fellow membership status prior to being slated.
Participation Requirements
- Between six and eight 90-minute conference calls, normally from February to August.
- Securing between five and 10 eligible candidates for consideration.
- Conducting between six and 10 in-depth (30-90 minute each) individual interviews with candidates.
- One full-day face-to-face meeting (calling in is not an option) either in August or September.
Election Process
Eligible voting members of HIMSS will vote on the slate of candidates for the Nominating Committee during the annual election that will begin on October 15, 2019 and end on November 15, 2019.

Submission Deadline
The deadline to submit the online application and all supporting documentation is August 9, 2019. Acknowledgement of submission receipt will be emailed to submitter within 48 business hours. Please contact Denise Ambrose immediately, you do not receive a submission confirmation.
