The CIO Summit at HIMSS21 is a private gathering of provider CIOs and other senior IT executives for building relationships, addressing key challenges in care delivery and accelerating digital transformation through information and technology.
The summit begins with an opening reception the evening of Aug. 8, with program and networking throughout the day Aug. 9 at the Wynn Resort. Additional registration is required for the CIO Summit.
Attendees will dialogue with world-class thought leaders, gain insight through CIO Perspectives Panels and engage in networking opportunities.
Program highlights include CIO Perspective Panels, attendee-only networking with access to the CIO lounge and VIP hotel room block and a curated CIO experience. CIO Summit attendees will be among the first to get behind the scenes access to the new Las Vegas Raiders' Allegiant Stadium, where the opening reception will take place.
Theo Epstein, World Series winning MLB Executive, will deliver the CIO Summit Opening Keynote: The Power of Analytics, sharing insights from baseball analytics that can help liberate the data and drive data analytics strategy to positively impact care delivered.
The summit will end with Marcus Lemonis, Serial Entrepreneur, Investor and Star of CNBC's The Profit, speaking at the Closing Keynote: Business of Healthcare. Lemonis is regarded as one of the most sought-after industry experts and keynote speakers in the small business sector.
