Social determinants of health (SDOH) are key aspects of public health and the existing health ecosystem. SDOH data can better inform care delivery, improve outcomes, and quality of life. Standards-based interoperable technology should account for components outside of traditional healthcare, i.e. stable housing, access to healthy food, and reliable transportation.
